Our studio has a 25' X 35' room that we currently use as our main space, another 35' X 35' room that we have the option to use later, an 8' X 10' room that one of our participating artists uses as his studio space, a large locking storage room, easels, drafting tables, use of a stereo/CD player, a coffee maker with free coffee, and access to art supplies. We also have an office which is accessed via the hallway between the two large first floor rooms. The room we currently work in has southeast facing windows, providing great natural light.

We have just a few rules:

1. Treat everyone in the studio - artists, visitors, volunteers, AACSA staff - with respect.
2. Share the use of the stereo/CD player.
3. Obey all laws.
4. No smoking or drinking alcoholic beverages on the premises.
5. Do not come to the studio under the influence of any drug.
6. Put away all equipment, supplies and art by 5:00PM and lock up the storage room, office, etc.
7. Leave the environment clean for the organizations and events who use the facility after 5:00PM and on weekends.
8. Operating hours for the Downtown Art Project studio are 10:00AM to 5:00PM Monday through Friday.
